Esther joined Healthier Weight in 2009 as a "back office" administrator but her warm smile and cheerful nature make her a natural people's person and she was quickly promoted to the role of Patient Co-ordinator.
Esther comes from a boxing family and one of the highlights of her life (after getting married!) was to see a top fight in Las Vegas. Dr Ashton is also a keen boxing fan so there's many a lively discussion on who's the greatest boxer of all time.
