Consultant Physician and Gastroenterologist,
Dr Ishaq received his specialist training in Scotland, North East and West Midland and has worked at major teaching centres in Birmingham, Newcastle upon Tyne, Aberdeen and Stoke on Trent. He completed his specialist training in 2002 and was awarded joint CCST in general medicine and Gastroenterology.
He has been involved with research projects in Gastroenterology and has published widely.
