The first step in deciding whether a Healthier Weight programme is right for you is to assess your own weight.

 

There are two simple tests below which will give an indication of whether you are overweight, and by how much.

 

These are simple, initial assessments that you can undertake yourself. When you come to see us, we'll arrange a complete medical examination before we recommend any treatment or programme.
