Gastric Band Gives Suzy New Lease Of Life
When Suzy first came to the Healthier Weight Centre she was looking to lose 4 stones.
Like many of our patients Suzy had tried a variety of weight loss diets and slimming programmes, only to put the pounds straight back on.
Determined to find a long term solution to her weight problem, Suzy had laparoscopic gastric banding surgery in November 2005.

Suzy has seen fantastic results from her weight loss surgery, having lost 80% of her excess weight in the first six months. With a new lease of life and a new liking for the gym she has even taken up long distance running and is tackling her first Great Northern Run in October. Good luck Suzy!
