Healthier Weight Trains NHS
 May is shaping up to be an extraordinarily busy month. In addition to launching our new gastric balloon service, we are also holding our first gastric band training day for the NHS. A group of doctors and nurses from various UK hospitals will be trained on how to care for gastric band patients. Mid month we are presenting data at the Italian Bariatric Surgery Conference in Pisa on our VitaWeight vitamin/mineral range and our Weight to Go foods that are specially designed for weight loss surgery patients. At the end of the month we will be welcoming surgeons from the United States who are coming to learn how to implant Easybands. This is important because as well as being an endorsement of our expertise, the funding we will receive for providing this training will enable us to offer a substantial discount on Easyband prices. We are finalising the details right now and will write separately about this in the next few days. Amidst all this activity we will be holding our usual clinics and support groups. I do very much enjoy clinic days (see below for dates) and meeting new patients and I look forward to seeing some of you in the month ahead.
