Low calorie desserts from Weight to Go!
When trying to lose or maintain weight, a weakness for many can be a craving for something sweet after a meal. Puddings, desserts, afters, however you label them they tend to come with a high calorie count ….and frequently a large helping of regret afterwards. Until now!
The versatile Weight to Go! shake can be transformed into a number of delicious desserts. Why not try……
Strawberry and Banana Sundae

160 ml cold water
-
1 sachet of vanilla shake
-
½ banana
-
1 cup frozen/fresh chopped strawberries

Optional: 1tbsp non-calorie sweetener
1. Prepare shake as normal (see below)
2. Chop banana and add strawberries
3. Blend for a further few seconds to taste
Mocha Shake
1. Pour 140 – 160 ml of cold water into a blender and begin mixing on a low speed
2. Add coffee powder to chocolate shake mix before adding to blender
3. Slowly add ice cubes (2-4) one at a time for 1 – 1½ minutes
4. Blend on highest speed for 10 seconds
Bounty Vanilla Cream
1. Pour water, vanilla shake, ice cubes and drops of coconut essence into a blender and blend until thick
2. Put into freezer and freeze for 30 minutes
3. Sprinkle with nutmeg
