How long will the shakes last once made up?
The shakes, while made with water, are milk based and therefore will last in the fridge for up to 12 hours, however if they are not in the fridge they will last around 6 hours. They tend to be a lot thicker and creamier if they are made up and consumed immediately. If you are going to let them stand for a while, it is a good idea to give them a stir before you drink them.
I don’t have a blender at work, how can I make up the shakes when I am in the office?
We now have some handy shakers to help people just like you. You can easily carry your shake sachet in your bag, and then when you are ready to have your shake, simply add some water and ice (if possible) and give them a good shake. They are ideal for people on the move.
Can I add anything to the shakes?
The shakes are absolutely delicious when blended with fresh fruit to make a nutritious smoothie. You can also add a shot of espresso or instant coffee to the vanilla shake for a lovely cappuccino. On a cold day you make them with hot (not boiling) water for a nutritious hot drink.
