Wanda Pryle

Wanda before

Wanda Pryle started with Healthier Weight in October 2006 and 18 months later she has maintained her weight loss of just over 3 stones.

As a health professional, Wanda is very aware of what constitutes a healthy balanced diet and particularly enjoyed the Weight to Go foods because they provided her with a healthy balance of carbohydrates and proteins.  She particularly likes the Succulent Braised Beef and loves the convenience of the "delicious" Chicken and Herb Soup.

She still uses the foods today to help maintain her weight loss.
