Add or stir in a spicy tomato salsa
(Recipe Serves 2)
3 plum tomatoes, deseeded and finely chopped
1 desert spoon of capers soaked and drained
1 small shallot
1/2 clove of garlic finely chopped
finely chopped parsley
1 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar
1 desert sponn of olive oil
1/4 of a cucumber
salt and pepper and dried chillis to taste
Mix everything together, season to taste and enjoy either stirred into or placed on the top of your CHILLI.
