Direct comparison of macronutrient content is difficult because Slimfast is mainly delivered in 340 ml cans, whereas Weight to Go® shakes are sachets of dried powder. However, Slimfast also offer their product in a powder form and the table below illustrates the equivalent macronutrient content for 32g of powder.
(N.B The Slimfast powder serving is actually 36.5g, but we have re-calculated the macronutrient content for 32g to compare with the Weight to Go® sachet which is 32g).

From the above it can be seen that the Weight to Go® shake has:
-
Almost the same protein content
-
34% fewer calories per equivalent serving
-
Less than half the carbohydrate content
-
A little more fat (which is monounsaturates) to improve the mouth taste
