With so many diets and
programmes to choose from it can be difficult to know what to do – there is
almost too much choice. We have made our
programme as simple as possible to follow and we make sure that we lay all the
foundations before you join so you know what you can expect from us but also
what we are expecting from you!
There are 4 key assumptions
which form the foundation of the Healthier Weight approach to weight loss:
- Obesity (and overweight) is first of all a health
issue and not a cosmetic one
- People are not to be blamed for being overweight
or obese – the environment is
- Managing weight in today’s environment is a skill
to be learned
