What Does It Involve?

The basic components of the programme are as follows:

 

  • Baseline medical evaluation and advanced body composition analysis

  • Private weekly clinical review

  • Weekly attendance at a one hour seminar for 10 weeks

  • Daily physical activity prescription

  • Daily energy prescription

  • Weekly contact with your assigned Health Educator

To support our programme, we have developed a range of nutritional products which are low in fat and salt and which not only facilitate rapid weight loss, but also provide powerful tools to support weight maintenance.
