The Band Butler Blog

Welcome to the Band Butler Blog (‘Triple B’)

In this blog I’ll give you my steer on weight loss surgery and everything related to it. Like any good butler I’ll try and provide wise counsel alongside some snippets of information that may help keep you on the straight and narrow. Most readers will either have had a gastric band or will be considering having one. For good measure I’ll talk from time to time about other procedures too as well as diet and lifestyle considerations.

I hope you enjoy reading it.
