Low calorie cocktail recipe

1. Mojito

What you’ll need

  • Mint Leaves 
  • White Rum (or Vodka) 
  • Lime Juice
  • Slimline Soda 
  • Diet Lemonade 


  1. Start by mushing together the mint leaves, to release all the flavour.
  2. Pop into a glass and add ice to halfway.
  3. Measure out one (or two if you fancy) shots of spirit, and add in.
  4. Add a squeeze of lime juice.
  5. Fill up the glass with slimline soda and finish with a splash of diet lemonade.
  6. If you’re feeling extra, garnish the glass with lime slices and mint leaves!

2. Pomegranate Mimosa

What you’ll need

  • Pomegranate Juice
  • Prosecco (or any other sparkling wine)
  • Pomegranate seeds
  • Rosemary 
  • Sugar


  1. Grab a glass and garnish around the top with sugar
  2. Fill the glass half way with prosecco
  3. Fill the other half with pomegranate juice
  4. Throw in a handful of pomegranate seeds
  5. Finish with a dash of rosemary for style.

2. Dark Russian

What you’ll need

  • Vodka
  • Coffee Liqueur
  • Diet Coke
  • Cherry


  1. Start by measuring out one (or two, we know) shot’s of vokda and adding into a glass.
  2. Fill the glass half way with ice 
  3. Add one shot of your favourite coffee liqueur
  4. Fill up the glass with diet coke
  5. Finish with a cherry for decoration.
