Thus, with the help of our nutritionist Heather, we have ranked a list of the top 10 alcoholic beverages for you to enjoy with peace of mind that you’re not sabotaging your weight loss goals.

1. Budweiser Bud Light

A Budweiser light uses the Beechwood Aging to create a light-bodied lager with a refreshing taste.
2. Marstons Premium Resolution Beer

88kcal for 275ml
This premium ale by Marstons is double fermented to turn all the sugar into alcohol to make it both low in carbohydrates and calories.
3. White Wine

101kcal for 125ml
When it comes to wine, the drier the better. Stick to a Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio to keep the calorie count down.
4. Red Wine

The rule applies to red's too, for the lowest calories options go for a Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, or Syrah
5. Skinny Margarita

Using fresh lime juice instead of a syrup mix and low calorie bubbly mixed slimline sparking water cuts out all of the sugary calories.

7. Gin and Slimline Tonic
