Laura gets acquainted with the foods she can and can't tolerate

So, I’ve decided to give myself a break and not worry too much
on what I’m eating as it’s been pretty stressful recently without my Grandad so I’m stressed pretty easily. Also, my stomach tightens when I’m stressed which makes eating so miserable and sometimes impossible! I have some activities planned with the family so I don’t want to add too much pressure. I’m very aware of what I definitely can’t tolerate i.e. Bread, chunks of meat, hard vegetables, fibrous fruits etc. I’ll avoid those or take extra time to eat if it’s a must. It will be interesting to see what changes when no plans/rules are set as if to see if my eating habits have changed at all. I’ve stayed the same again this week so if next week is the same I’ll be very happy! My activity is the usual hectic-ness but not too increased.
