It's a good week for Lisa as she gets one step closer to her 15 stone goal!
Hi everybody. So this week has been a really good week. I've had another loss, things are actually going well. I'm really happy. I've lost another two pounds. Obviously, it's not a huge amount but over the last few weeks things weren't really going very well, so I'm really happy that I've lost that. I'm getting closer and closer to coming out the 15-stone Club. So that's a goal for me that I'm trying to get to now. If I can get to 15 stone within the next couple of weeks, I will be really happy because I have not been 15 stone for such a long time and I am really starting to feel it now.
I'm feeling so much more comfy in my clothes. I feel that I've got so much more energy and I'm eating much more healthier food now. Sometimes I just look back and think about the food I was actually eating post-op and it was just so unhealthy. I wonder why I felt as lethargic and down as I did. It was just all crap really, that's all it was. The food i'm eating now, it's healthy, it's fresh, it's keeping me full. Obviously I've still not had my third fill yet but I can feel it when I'm eating the food with the the crunchier textures. I can feel difference and it's keeping me full now. I do still need a third fill, but I'm in a really good place now so I am happy.
I am on the verge, I don't want to jinx it, but I am on the verge of dropping another dress size. So when I started I was a dress size 22. I’m now an 18 and I'm very comfy 18 - it is starting to get a little bit baggy. Top wise, I'm finding that eighteens are still fitting me quite well. But in bottom - in jeans, trousers, skirts - I think I'll, fingers crossed, be going into a 16 any time soon. I'm getting closer to my goal. I really am and that's is just an amazing feeling. I never thought that I'd be anywhere near, I'm so happy. So weight loss goal for next week is gonna be another 2 pounds and hopefully I'll do it. I'm feeling really positive.
