Lisa may need fill number 4 after all. The hunger is starting to return and more will power is being needed.
Hi everybody. So, this week has been a bit of an up-and-down week. I've not had a gain, which is really really good, but I'm not a lost either. So I've maintained for this week. Yeah, I kind of thought that I was at restriction. I was really happy you know, all my portion sizes were staying small, I was feeling really really full. You know, no willpower whatsoever was needed. But over this last week it seems to be creeping back again and I'm a bit gutted really because I thought it was going to be third time lucky for me. So I think I probably am going to need fill number four. I don't think I'm going to need a big fill. At all. I think I'm just going to need something to king of top it up that little bit um anyone who's ever had a band will kind of know what I mean by that. You can kind of feel it straight away. Not necessarily always on fill one, but after that you can kind of feel where you're up to and you know that you can feel it making a difference and although fill number three has made a massive difference for me, I think I'm just maybe that little bit off. So that's gonna be my plan, to get booked in for fill number four. but I mean in general though, I'm not let it, you know, really knock me that much. I've still been, you know, eating healthy food, keeping to relatively small portions. The only thing that I have really really needed to do is you know use a lot of willpower, because I have been starting to feel not as full as I was before and obviously I do understand that, you know obviously a certain amount of willpower is needed - anybody with a band will tell you that. But I just think that you know I'm just a little bit that little bit off. So those are the plans anyway.
In regards to me, I'm still feeling really good. Feeling really healthy still got quite a lot of energy. I still been getting out on my walks which is again you know doing me the world of good. But I think even though I have been out because you know my meals haven't necessarily been you know, bigger but because I've had that little bit more, that's why I don't think it's, you know, making that much of a difference but I mean again I'm not kicking myself because I'm over 3-stone down now and 3 stone is a lot. So I'm not you know, I'm not gonna beat myself up over it at all. So, plans moving forward are to get fill number four booked. I am, you know, still nearly there in my size 14 Christmas dress. So, I shall keep you posted on that. I have not stopped trying it on. So, yeah I'm really looking forward to things. It's really odd as well because you notice so much stuff. I mean my nails have started growing. They've you know never really done that before. I kind of looked at them the other day and I thought 'Oh!' you know 'Where did you come from?' kind of thing. Because I've always had really really short nails before. If they ever did grow they always just used to snap. But obviously again because I'm making all of these healthy lifestyle choices, now it's affecting everything. It is effecting - my nails, skin, you know, my energy levels, sleep, motivation, absolutely everything. So yeah I am on the whole you know still really really happy. It's just been a little bit of a dip. But like I said I'm not going to beat myself up about it. So that's it for me for this week.
