Lisa re-thinks her goal and puts a plan in place

After another maintain week, Lisa puts a plan in place on how to break her plateau
Hi everybody. Okay so this week, it's been an okay week. I’ve had no loss but I have maintained so I'm happy with that. Definitely see now how hard it is to lose the weight now. I don't even think it's because I'm eating things that I shouldn't. I think it's just because I've had quite a big loss quite a high percentage of my excess weight and that's gone. It's just taking a lot longer now to come off. So, I think what I'm probably going to do is just exercise. I think that's going to be the key now because I think without upping my exercise I'm going to stay on this plateau for quite a while and that's not what I want to do. So that's going to be the plan for me. Even if it's just -- I've looked on YouTube and you can get these little 10-minute morning workouts just before the kids are up. Even if there's something extra that I can do that's kind of going to kick-start that weight loss again. That's definitely what I'm going to try and do.
After my episode with the fill and having to have a de-fill, that's settled itself back down now so my portions are their back to being reasonable. Again, I do you think I'm going to need another fill I am only going to have a very small bit. I've got to wait a couple of weeks until I can have that yet, but I think that combined with upping the exercise is definitely going to help. I went out with some friends over the weekend and obviously, everybody started showing the pictures off afterward and it was really funny because I looked at those pictures and then something came up on my time hop and the difference is just unbelievable. At first I was really struggling to see it at the beginning of my journey but now I can and it's -- this is why I'm not beating myself up because it is such a difference and I have come such a long way so I'm really really happy and it feels nice as well knowing that you can go out and enjoy the clothes that you wearing and know that you do look nice in them. So yeah so that side of the week has been really good but there has been no loss. So, like I said more exercise, carry on with the healthy meals. When I've been snacking I've just been snacking on like carrot batons and cucumber sticks and things like that. Had a little bit of hummus so keeping all the calories down. So I think that's it now moving forward and just carry on and I'm still going for my goal, that's not it's definitely not going to be pushed aside. That's what I'm still aiming for but I think realistically it's probably going to take a little bit longer than I thought. So got all these plans in place and then hopefully, I will get there sooner rather than later. So that's it from me for this week. I'll speak to you all again next week. Take it easy. Bye!
