After the high of last week, I feel I have had a rubbish few days diet-wise. I haven't had a chance to do the shopping yet & have been popping to waitrose or morrisons on my lunch break and grabbing sandwiches or crisps and I've had more than my fair share of costa lattes which soon add up calorie wise. I was sitting at work today after eating 2 bags of quavers for lunch feeling really bad that I have undone my hard work from last week when I received a well-timed email from Van, a dietician at healthier weight asking if I needed some help or advice so I took half an hour out to send her everything I've eaten in the last week and I know it looks really bad, but I know its one of the worst weeks I've had so its going to be more helpful for her to see my bad habits than if i'd had a great week to show her.
I am absolutely dreading getting on the scales next week, although my loss has been slow it has been coming off but I fear this time I may have actually put some on! I only have a week and a half until I go to wales and I desperately wanted to be under 17st by that time but its looking unlikely! On a positive note, I have signed up to my local gym today with my daughter, we need to book our induction at the weekend then we plan to go at least two evenings a week when I finish work and hopefully build up from there!
