Well I haven’t been great at keeping up with exercise this week, I have been so busy at work catching up that I genuinely have not had the time for the gym. With the darker mornings and evenings, I have to leave the house later and get home earlier to feed the horses and have really struggled to do it with all the work I need to do in the office. I did a workout DVD one evening but gave up after 15 mins as the kids and dog were running around my feet and I got stressed out with it!
Food wise I haven’t been too bad, apart from on Tuesday when it was a colleagues’ birthday and we got pizzas delivered to work and big tub of quality street went around the office! I’m 2lbs down which is better than I expected without going to the gym! I went through my shoe cupboard this week and threw away all my size seven shoes and my old wide calf knee high boots, it was a bit gutting as I had some lovely shoes but my feet are a size 5-6 now and normal width boots fit me a treat!
