Another 2lb off! And I have only been to the gym once this week! I feel like I have done nothing but eat this week! I have been nibbling on mince pies, wotsits, cheese and all kinds of nik naks in the evenings. The cold weather is definitely causing me to turn to my old habits and I am so thankful that I can’t eat like I used to be able to!
I have been out for dinner twice with the family, once to the Harvester where I felt full after my bowl of salad and barely touched my mains and then again to Frankie and Benny's where I had pizza and ate almost half of it! I was shocked at how much I managed! I am finding it so strange these days that with some meals I feel like I can eat loads then others I manage a couple of mouthfuls. After eating half a pizza at Frankie and Benny's I spent the whole evening wondering if I had the best days from sleeve and if it was all downhill from here but then the next morning my husband cooked a fry up and I managed one egg, 3 spoonfuls of beans and half a Quorn sausage and no matter how much I wanted to polish it off I just couldn’t take another bite so it put my mind at ease.
I can’t seem to find any rhyme or reason as to why sometimes I can eat a fair bit and other times I can’t, it doesn’t matter the time of day or when I last ate. I have been feeling rubbish each morning thinking about the munching I have done the night before so I am glad I have still managed to lose but I need to work on preparing healthy snacks for the evenings.
