It has been an uneventful week really weight wise. I lost 1lb which was a little disappointing after a great loss last week, but I have lost 2 inches from around my tummy which pleased me as I don't seem to have lost it from there yet and that is my worst part.
I definitely think I need to introduce some form of exercise as I haven't done anything more than walk from the front door to my car and then from my work car park to the office and back again, my colleague logs 10,000 steps a day on her fit bit and my fitness pal app tells me I do no more than 100 a day!
We are taking the kids to London next weekend to do all the attractions, its going to mean a lot of walking and rushing about and definitely not something i would have considered a few months ago, but I feel much more energetic and eager to get out and about now. My aim is to be able to go to places such as Alton Towers in the summer and actually be able to go on the rides without being scared I won't fit!
