"One of my favorite Persian go-to salads, which originates from the city of Shiraz."
You will need 1/2 a cucumber 2 tomatoes 1/2 a red onion or bunch of spring onions 1tbsp of chopped fresh dill 1 tsp olive oil Juice of one fresh lime
Pinch of Himalayan Pink Salt
Dice the cucumber, tomatoes and onion into very small pieces and place into a salad bowl. Add the dill. salt, lime juice and oilve oil and mix together. Serve with chicken or fish, or enjoy on it's own with some nuts, seeds or avocado for essential fats and protein!
