Healthier Weight Referral Programme

Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the Healthier Weight Referral Programme (“Programme”). By participating in the Programme, both the Referrer and Referee agree to these Terms. 

1. Overview

This policy covers all information we hold about you, however we obtain it. We collect information at different points during our relationship with you for example, when you browse our website, make an enquiry, book a consultation or procedure.

2. Eligibility

  • The Programme is open to individuals who are residents of the UK and aged 18 or over. 
  • The Referrer must be a previous or existing Healthier Weight patient. 
  • The Referee must be a new Healthier Weight patient, must not have previously enquired or booked a procedure, and must be eligible for the procedure. 
  • The Programme is only applicable to selected procedures as determined by Healthier Weight. 

3. Referral Reward

  • The Referrer will receive a £125 Amazon voucher for each successful referral.

  • The Referee will receive a £125 discount on their procedure.

  • The referral reward is only applicable if the Referee completes their procedure with Healthier Weight.

  • The referral reward will be issued within 28 day days of the Referee’s procedure being completed.

4. How to Refer

  • The Referee must notify Healthier Weight at the time of booking that they have been referred and provide the Referrer’s contact details.

  • Retrospective referrals (where a referral code or referrer details are provided after booking) will not be eligible.

5. Reward Conditions

  • Referrers can make multiple referrals, but each Referee must be a new patient.

  • If the Referee cancels their procedure or does not proceed for any reason, no reward will be issued.

  • Amazon vouchers will be sent via email to the Referrer using the details provided at the time of referral.

  • The £125 discount for the Referee will be automatically applied to their procedure cost.

  • Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Fraud and Abuse

  • Healthier Weight reserves the right to withhold or cancel rewards if fraudulent activity is suspected.

  • Referrals cannot be self-referrals or between individuals from the same household.

  • Any misuse of the Programme may result in disqualification.

7. Programme Changes and Termination

  • Healthier Weight reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Programme at any time without prior notice.

  • If the Programme is terminated, all pending referrals will be honoured if they meet the Terms before the termination date.

8. Data Protection

  • By participating in the Programme, both Referrers and Referees consent to Healthier Weight processing their personal data for Programme administration purposes.

  • Personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at www.healthierweight.co.uk/privacy-policy/.

9. General

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

  • Participation in the Programme constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

  • Any disputes arising from the Programme will be resolved at the discretion of Healthier Weight.
