“Doctor Kelly was very very honest, and he told me straight away ‘it’s a tool and it won’t fix your problems’, so it was clear from the off I would have to work hard for it which I really admired. He had this whole PowerPoint presentation prepared to go through the entire ESG procedure, and explained everything to me clearly which gave me the chance to ask any questions about things I was worried about. He answered absolutely everything and didn’t try to pressure me at all.
On the day of the procedure Dr Kelly must have come in 3-4 times just in the morning to check if I had any questions and to let me know how the day was going to go which was just incredibly reassuring. Now I’m 4 months post-surgery, I quite enjoy knowing I get the chance to still speak to Dr Kelly within the scheduled follow up calls as he keeps me on track and knows exactly what he’s talking about. I feel that if I had any concerns even in months’ time, I could just call him and have a chat as he is that courteous and approachable. I honestly couldn’t recommend him enough.”
