“I had been contemplating bariatric surgery for a while due to not being able to lose the weight I had gained through medication I take for my complex medical problems. After I had done a lot of research, I reached out to Healthier Weight who pointed me into the direction of Mr Mahawar. My first initial consultation went great, and Mr Mahawar listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. He explained the procedure well and we got the ball rolling for surgery two weeks later. I was slightly different coming into this operation with a BMI of 35, but I was accepted due to my health conditions and Mr Mahawar firmly believing the operation would better my life and he was right. I would highly recommend Mr Mahawar to everyone. He is friendly, supportive and a fantastic surgeon. He has not only changed my life, but he has also given me my chance at life back. In his words, he has given me the right tool, it’s over to me now to use it, and that I shall.”
